    List of promotional materials
    For us to thoroughly review and evaluate your promotional materials, please provide us with the following:
    • A professionally produced and packaged video demo tape
    • A biography, CV or Abstract.
    • A list of your topics or description of the programs you provide.
    • One black and white and one color high-quality headshot
    • 6 Speaking references from engagements within the past 12 months.
    • Your fee schedule. Please note that the fees quoted to Keynote Resource should be the same as those quoted by your office and should include the standard bureau commission.
    • Names of other bureaus you are currently working with.
    • Please ensure all promotional material is bureau-friendly.
    Due to the large quantity of speaker materials received, once we have reviewed your materials they will not be returned to you.

    File Naming Conventions
     When we request electronic files we ask that you name these files in such a way that we can readily access them. For example, do not name your biography, newbiography.doc or biography2004.doc but SmithJbio.doc or SmithJoeBio.doc so we can easily recognize and identify these files.
