What Are The Typical Costs associated with booking a speaker? A. Each individual speaker will determine his or her fee structure. Typically speaker fees will be quoted as keynote, up to 2 hours, half day, full day. Some speakers offer a flat rate for travel expenses. Otherwise travel expenses consist of round trip airfare, ground transportation, accommodations, meals and reasonable incidentals. You will also be responsible for audio-visual or other technical equipment required to give the presentation. This will vary depending on the speaker and his/her particular presentation.
